Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid consultations and services booked through admitfy.io and paid via our payment partner, Razorpay. It is framed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related e-commerce rules.

1. Cancellation by You

You may cancel a paid consultation or service at any time before it has commenced by notifying us via WhatsApp, Zalo, email, or our Contact page, quoting your payment reference.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Fees paid to independent third-party providers featured on our site (e.g., Pearson PTE, ETS TOEFL/GRE, Duolingo English Test, CELPIP, Flywire, Reeudo, Expatrio, Coracle, University Living, Beacon) are governed by that provider's own cancellation and refund terms, not this policy. Admitfy only facilitates the referral or connection to these services.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp/Zalo at +84 70 722 2359 or through our Contact page, stating your name, payment date, and reason for cancellation.
  2. We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or a payment did not go through correctly, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved directly and faster this way.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
