Admitfy.io is an education consultancy platform helping students — primarily students in Vietnam — with university admissions guidance, visa support, test preparation resources, and connections to financial services partners for studying abroad.

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services independently, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian if younger. By using the Services, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Our Services
Admitfy provides advisory and informational services related to studying abroad, including but not limited to university shortlisting, application guidance, visa document support, and referrals to third-party test-prep and financial-service providers. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship outcomes — these decisions rest solely with the relevant university, government, or financial institution.
4. Third-Party Services
Our site links to and features independent third-party providers (for example, test-prep organizations, tuition payment platforms, and blocked-account providers). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Admitfy is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, or service quality of any third party, and any transaction you enter into with them is solely between you and that provider.
5. Fees and Payment
Where Admitfy charges consultation or service fees directly, prices will be clearly communicated before payment is collected, and payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or payment credentials on our servers.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel a paid consultation or service before it commences, subject to the refund window and conditions set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method and are governed by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information when submitting inquiries or forms.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the website or its underlying systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on admitfy.io — including text, graphics, logos, and tools such as our Visa Approval Calculator and SOP Generator — is owned by or licensed to Admitfy and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our prior written consent.

Admitfy provides guidance based on information available at the time and does not guarantee any specific admissions, visa, scholarship, or financial outcome.
